Del Post

Del Post has a diverse legal practice focused on representing the citizens and businesses of Western Montana and Southern Arizona.  After more than 10 years with a prominent firm in Missoula and nearly three years in municipal management, Del hung his shingle in 2016 and started Post Law Firm, PLLC.  While Del's practice is varied and diverse, one constant is his commitment to integrity, hard work, and achieving the best result for the client - no matter the situation.  As a litigator and trial attorney, Del has obtained multiple settlements in the high six figures, settlements in excess of a million dollars, and a jury verdict in excess of two million dollars in 2014.  On the business side of law, Del has closed multiple seven figure transactions involving businesses and large tracts of real estate and transactions involving large complex bankruptcy estates.  Whether your issue is large or small, Del will be your dedicated advocate committed to results whether through negotiation or trial.

When not practicing law, Del spends time with his wife, three boys, and baby girl raising a small herd of cattle and growing hay south of Missoula. He grew up on a cotton farm and ranch in Southern Arizona where he developed a love for the sport of team roping.  Del is an avid team roper and is excited at a future with his boys (and hopefully daughter) in the sport. Del hopes to instill in his children the value of hard work that he learned on the farm.
